Tournament Conditions:

Players must play in Handicap Order and Teachers must fill out attached Team Sheet in advance and present on Arrival.
 
The Castlebar G.C. Computer shall be in use and Players must bring their Club GOLFnet cards with them on the Day.
 
Team Prizes shall be presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd Best Teams (based on Best 2 Card Stableford Aggregate). Please try and stay for presentation to show your support for the Event Sponsor.
 
Individual Prizes shall be presented to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Best Stableford Score on the Day.
 
Maximum Handicap Allowance on the day is 20, i.e. if Player has a Club handicap Higher than 20 then he plays off 20.
 
Play shall be from the Yellow markers on the day and anyone intending to go to the venue in advance for a Practice Round should contact Castlebar Golf Club in advance to book a Tee Time, Tel. 094-9021649.
 
Please arrive on Time because we are unable to guarantee an alternative tee time should your school be late.
 
Outstanding Team Entry Fees of €25 per Team are due from some Schools. Please pay on the day by Cheque, payable to ‘Connacht GUI’.
 
School Catering: Each School is responsible for its own catering arrangements with Castlebar Golf Club on the day and all Monies Owed must be paid prior to departure.
 
It is vitally important that all School Children are accompanied by a supervising Adult in keeping with the requirements of the Code of Ethics and Best Practice for Children in Sport.
