Dunbar Second at St Andrews Links Trophy

Alan Dunbar finished in second place at the St Andrews Links Trophy with Richard O'Donovan following close behind in fourth, the overall winner was Daan Huizing from the Netherlands.

The six players selected by the Golfing Union of Ireland to compete in the St. Andrews Links Trophy from 8-10 June were: Alan Dunbar (Rathmore), Nicky Grant (Knock), Eddie McCormack (Galway), Dermot McElroy (Ballymena), Richard O'Donovan (Lucan) and Reeve Whitson (Mourne).
