The Annual Delegates Meeting of the Connacht Branch of the Golfing Union of Ireland scheduled for tomorrow evening (Tuesday November 24) at 7.30pm in the Abbey Hotel Roscommon has been postponed as a result of the severe weather conditions which have rendered road travel in the South and East of the Province as extremely unsafe.
The Bye Laws of the Branch require that the Annual Delegates Meeting must take place on or before November 30.
Therefore the ADM shall be held next weekend during daylight hours, so as to make travel as comfortable as possible for Club Delegates.
The Meeting shall now take place at 1.30pm sharp in the Abbey Hotel, Roscommon on next Sunday November 29. Agenda and all other matters remain as they were.
