2010 ENTRY FORMS Connacht Championships

Please find listed in association with this page the ENTRY FORMS for the eight Connacht GUI Championships being held during 2010.

Please Note that ONLINE Entry into Championships for all Irish Players shall be available in 2010, it is hoped that this Facility will be up and running by February 1 and that all users will find it most helpful.

Please Note that all closing dates are strictly adhered to and there are no exceptions so please do not be upset or offended when none are made.

As always it is the responsibility of the Player to ensure that all information in respect of age and handicap in particular are correct at the time of entry.

Refunds are only issued to Players who having been listed as Reserves fail to play or be offered a place in the starting line up, all Players placed in the Draw sheet or indeed subsequently offered a place in the Draw are liable for the full entry fee unless they indicate their intention to withdraw from the Event and/or Reserve List before the closing date for Entries has elapsed.
